It is time again for the 7th Annual GreekFest Carolina summer event which raises funds for local scholarship programs. This year's festivities will be held at 2939 Truman Street , located off W. Beltline in the Belvedere Community, August 25-26, 2006.

GreekFest Carolina is non-profit organization established to raise funds for the scholarship programs of local Alumni Chapters of historically Black Greek-lettered fraternities and sororities. As we have observed this event grow over the years, the planning committee has made it our goal to make this year's event the best ever. On behalf of the entire committee, we would like to invite your organization to participate in the biggest community event of the summer.

GreekFest Carolina is a one-of-a-kind event and is expected to attract over 5,000 members of Greek-lettered organizations, their friends, families, and the general public. It will be a fun-filled day of entertainment, music, shopping, feasting, and a competitive step show.

We are asking for your sponsorship to help our Greek-lettered Alumni Chapters raise funds for their scholarship programs. By participating your organization can benefit from the following:

• Participation in the largest of all Greek festivals in South Carolina that attracts the nine Pan Hellenic organizations from Virginia, Maryland, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and beyond.
• Direct exposure to over 5,000 event participants
• 24/7 exposure on the World Wide Web with your organization logo on GreekFest Carolina web site expected to be visited over 20,000 times.
• Advertising including radio, television and print mediums

Our primary objective is to provide sponsors a dollar for dollar value for their investment . As an organization we are dedicated to build the product/brand awareness of our sponsors, so that they may have everlasting consumer relationships with our patrons. We achieve this objective by integrating the sponsor's brand name and message with our patrons.
